Season of Strength: Step Into a Summer of Wellness

I am offering a free 6-week coaching for your wellness journey focused on realistic lifestyle changes that actually stick — no pressure, no quick fixes.

This is perfect for you if:

  • You feel constantly low on energy

  • You’ve tried starting a fitness routine but can’t stay consistent

  • You’re overwhelmed by health advice online and don’t know what’s right for you

  • You’re ready to make changes but need some structure and support to follow through

I’ll help you set your personal goals — whether it’s stress management, getting back into movement, eating better, or just feeling like yourself again — and walk beside you every step of the way.

All sessions are free, flexible with scheduling, and focused on real-life progress, not perfection. All discussions are 1:1 and confidential. We start June running through mid of Jul. Spots are limited.

How it works : You will register in the link below with your details. You will receive an email with link to the calender to schedule your sessions. First session we will be discussing your wellness vision and setting one micro goal and identify action steps. We will meet the subsequent 5 weeks to discuss the progress and work through challenges mindset or otherwise and overcoming them and will end at 6 weeks achieving the micro goal and/or learning a lot about yourself along the way. I recommend to book the same time every week to give enough time between sessions as it helps build a routine.
